The latest victory came on Friday against Ospreys and stand-off Burleigh grabbed a try in the 20-9 triumph at BT Murrayfield.
Yet despite missing a number of their own first-team stars because of the World Cup, Burleigh believes Edinburgh are better placed than most to take advantage of the next couple of weeks.
"Obviously with the World Cup, we have targeted the start of the season," said Burleigh. "We've still got about eight guys away but we've got a lot more strength in depth this season in every position. It's a hard job for the coach to have but a good one too.
"We've got a long road ahead of us and I think we need to target a few more games while the World Cup is on. We're confident."
