Since making his international debut in 2008 against the All Blacks, Paulino has gone on to win seven international caps with his most recent appearance coming in the Pacific Nations Cup 20-21 victory over Canada in Toronto back in July.
But now is he looking to make his mark in the GUINNESS PRO12 and he can't wait to get going.
"I'm grateful to the Scarlets for giving me this opportunity and I'm looking forward to getting out on the field to show what I can do," said Paulino.
"It's an honour to have the opportunity to represent a club like the Scarlets that has a world-renowned tradition and heritage. I feel that I have a lot to give to the game and I'm ready to take my game to the next level."
