Both men arrived in Glasgow this summer - Hart from GUINNESS PRO12 rivals Edinburgh and former Scotland scrum-half Blair from Newcastle Falcons - and they appear to be working well in tandem.
"Mike has so much experience and he is really good at passing that on to me and other players," said Hart.
"He has been there and done it, but he is just one of the boys and he really seems to enjoy the atmosphere here.
"So far this season our form has been up and down, but we have real belief in each other and we cannot wait to get out there in front of our own fans again tonight."
Meanwhile, head coach Gregor Townsend is excited to see Alex Dunbar and Taqele Naiyaravoro in action - the former after he recovered from a long-term injury and the latter on debut since arriving in the summer.
Townsend said: "When Alex failed to make the World Cup his next goal was to make sure he was right and feeling fully fit to play for us.
"The medics and the rehab team have done a great job and I think that now is the time to get him back out there playing.
"I have been impressed by Taqele in training, but there is a lot more to come from him.
"He has fitted in really well with the rest of the boys and he has been working hard and is always asking questions."
