Webb won his third Wales cap down under last month against the Wallabies - and has come back to Liberty Stadium ready to make the step up needed to make himself an invaluable part of the reigning champions' set-up.
And, with a place in the starting line-up for tomorrow's match against Ulster secured, Webb is hoping he can hit the ground running and put himself in the frame for a rematch with Wallaby scrum-half Will Genia.
"I want to try and nail down the jersey at the Ospreys first, but one of my aims is to push for the autumn internationals," said Webb.
"It was a great experience for me to be out in Australia. Obviously I didn't really feel like I had long enough to get in the full swing of things."
