In a video from Ulster Rugby TV, Malone runs through the day-to-day specifics of his job as Ulster aim to fine-tune their game and keep climbing up the GUINNESS PRO12 table this season.
"I try and give the coaches as much insight into our play and the opposition's play as much as I can," he said.
"The week flows from a match night, giving all the coaches the footage after the game and they'll analyse that.
"I'll put together facts and figures for the coaches and on Monday morning they'll review all that with the team quite formally.
"We'll go through things that worked well or maybe didn't work so well and need to be worked on."
