They fielded two teams at each grade in which almost 200 players were exposed to the highest level of rugby, with the Garryowen AstroTurf providing the ideal conditions to hone their skills.
Connacht came out on top in three of the four matches on display.
"These games are of a huge benefit to us prior to reducing the squads this summer, pitting the players against their provincial counterparts is the ultimate measurement of their ability," said Connacht coach development manager Eamonn Molloy.
"We were delighted with the results and performances, showing an unprecedented depth of talent in our squads."
