This weekend they will look to use home turf to their advantage as they take on Bath Rugby having already lost 19-16 to the English outfit in the reverse fixture.
But 22-year-old McGrath is determined to put on a win on the board for Leinster - though he knows that Bath have the potential to cause plenty of problems in Dublin.
"This squad is so competitive. We want to win absolutely every game," said McGrath.
"We need to come out of Saturday with a win, especially for the supporters that have supported us the whole way, travelled Europe with us. We owe them one, definitely."
"They (Bath) have threats all around the pitch. Even watching them against Toulon they were unlucky not to win it.
"George Ford's absolutely pivotal for them getting the drop-goals as well. We're going to have to be very good to beat them on Saturday."
