Sale Sharks vs Newport Gwent Dragons
It will be winner takes all at the AJ Bell Stadium for this clash between GUINNESS PRO12 side Dragons and Sale Sharks.
The victor will claim top spot in Pool 2, and the guaranteed home quarter-final that comes with it, but the pressure is off the Dragons to an extent as they are already through to the knockout stages.
Sale have won their last four games on the spin in Europe since their opening weekend defeat at Rodney Parade, but avenging that defeat in Salford would ensure they remain on home soil for the following round.
Aside from round two's blip at Castres, Newport have also been on excellent form in Europe and have notched up three try bonus points so far, however they will be without injured fly-half Dorian Jones who scored 10 points when the Dragons beat Sale 30-12 in November.

Cardiff Blues vs Rugby Calvisano
Cardiff Blues and Wales fans have been given a big boost with the return of both Sam Warburton and Gethin Jenkins to the region's line-up for their home clash with Calvisano.
The GUINNESS PRO12 side can still reach the quarter-finals of the competition with a heavy victory, but they also need results elsewhere to go their way as well.
Blues sit third in Pool 3 and will need a scoreline similar to their 50-9 win over the Italian side in November if they are to overhaul second-placed Montpellier, who host group winners Harlequins.
Warburton has recovered from an ankle problem that has kept him out of action since November, while international teammate Gareth Anscombe also comes in at fly-half in one of 12 changes made by Danny Wilson.
