Bennett said: "I come down here once a week and just get involved with the coaching and help out as much as I can.
"It is good fun, we all got into rugby because we loved it and that is why these guys play, so to come back and help out and just see these guys enjoy it is actually a bit of a relief from the serious nature of it."

The young players were given the chance to interact with the Warriors and have their questions answered as well as receive signed posters.
Leone Nakarawa and Taqele Naiyaravoro were just a few of Warriors players in attendance.
Pat MacArthur returned to his old school on Thursday in Ayrshire to visit the youngsters and give his knowledge in a coaching session.
The Glasgow hooker gave his insight to a S3 class at Prestwick Academy and he was pleased with the standard of rugby now seen in the area.
He said: "Ayrshire has always been a rugby community, however it has really grown in recent times.
"The standard has developed considerably since I played in Ayr as a youngster and that was shown by the training session."
