Zebre, to the contrary, are without a host of their international stars due to call-ups and injuries, meaning they this week promoted youngsters Maicol Azzolini and Abdo Souare into the first team set-up.
And with Zebre currently occupying 11th spot in the GUINNESS PRO12, and Leinster looking to bounce back after consecutive losses, Guidi knows his men are in for a tough night at the RDS Arena.
"We are taking on a team that has been reinforced by the returning Ireland props who started at the last World Cup in Healy and Ross," Guidi said.
"Leinster arrive after two losses and will be determined to produce a big performance at home."
It was also confirmed this week that Zebre have terminated the contract of Mirco Bergamasco, who made 15 GUINNESS PRO12 appearances for the club last season.
