Treviso have lost all 13 of the GUINNESS PRO12 matches this season, though have picked up seven bonus points in the process.
Not since their induction to the league have Treviso finished below Italian counterparts Zebre in the league table.
With an 11-point gap between the two currently, the Parma-based side could finally achieve that feat.
But Crowley has high hopes for the future at Stadio Monigo.
Crowley said: "I'm delighted to arrive in Treviso.
"These weeks will be useful to prepare for next season with sporting director Antonio Pavanello with whom I will both Benetton Treviso matches but also games in the Eccellenza championship and the Italian national team and Under-20s."
