With five games left in the regular season Ospreys are running out of time to secure their berth in the top half of the table.
It will be no easy task for Parry and co however with a local derby against third-placed Scarlets the first of five tricky ties that will decide their season.
Scarlets have won three of their last four but Tandy's troops will take heart from victory on the road over Wayne Pivac's side earlier this season.
And Parry is hoping that a triumph over their local rivals can be the catalyst for a consistent climax to the campaign.
"It's an incredibly important period for us now, these last five games, with a huge local derby against our biggest rivals to start with" said Parry.
"It's good to get all the boys back together ahead of this game. We know that we have to go out and perform consistently now, to win each game if we want to finish in the top six."
