Gerald Davies, chairman of the Celtic Rugby Limited board, said: "The Guinness PRO12, formerly the Celtic League, has benefitted greatly from the expertise and experience of Ed Crozier - the current SRU President - and of course Andy Irvine, my predecessor as chairman.
