A solid all round display from fly-half Sam Davies ensured Ospreys eased past Treviso in their Round 3 clash at the Liberty Stadium. Davies was on form with the boot, slotting four first-half conversions and a penalty, as well as setting up both Ben John and Jeff Hassler's tries. Osprey's coach Steve Tandy felt optimistic about the upcoming games, saying: "Hopefully I've got some selection headaches coming up."
Bohane brace the difference at Rodney Parade as Munster win 20-16
A hard-fought, mid-table battle between Newport Gwent Dragons and Munster could only be decided by a second-half try by centre, Cian Bohane. Angus O'Brien's impressive kicking performance was not enough to save the dragons after slotting three penalties. The game was 10-10 at the break after Ben Amos' try cancelled out Bohane's 20th-minute effort.
Nacewa racks up 150th appearance as Leinster record 20-33 win in Edinburgh
A powerful first-half performance, as well as a 150th match for Isa Nacewa, ensured Leinster comfortably held on for the win, away at Edinburgh.
The wing scored Leinster's third and a Dan Leavy double sealed the deal for Leo Cullen's side. BT Murrayfield had lit up after Edinburgh took the lead following a first minute Mike Allen try, but three Leinster tries in 12 minutes dampened the mood. The visitors had only lost one out of the five previous games between the two sides, and in stretching that to one in six, moved up to fifth in the Guinness PRO12 table.
Three in a row for Blues dream start as they edge past Warriors 23-19
Cardiff Blues made it three on the trot as they snuck past Glasgow Warriors at home. A late Steven Shingler penalty maintained the Blues winning start to the season, but only after an Ali Price try had brought Glasgow to within a point in the 48th minute.
Both teams went into the game unbeaten, but first-half tries from Alex Cuthbert and Ray Lee-Lo gave the Blues a 20-14 half-time, that they never relinquished.
Ludik and Henderson clinical to give Ulser 19-8 win over Scarlets
Louis Ludik and Iain Henderson both dotted down to give Ulster a victory over the Scarlets and maintain their 100 per cent win record, this season. Three wins in a row gives Ulster their best start to a season since the 2012/13 season campaign, but the same cannot be said for Scarlets, who have yet to chalk up a point. Ulster's win ensured they remain within striking distance of league leaders Ospreys, who they play in a highly-anticipated Round 5 clash.
Storm gets the final say as Zebre clash with Connacht abandoned
Adverse weather conditions meant the match between Zebre Rugby and Connacht was called off before the second half began. The home side had been leading 22-10 against the reigning champions, at half-time, but the second half was unable to start as the hailstones continued to lash down at the Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi. A new date for the rescheduled fixture has yet to be announced.
