Halfpenny is due to see a specialist this week having been hospitalised on Saturday after suffering a worrying neck injury in the last rites of Wales' 14-12 defeat against Australia.
Second-row Davies is also awaiting further tests to assess his recovery from the severe concussion he sustained a week previously against New Zealand while Roberts hyper-extended his left arm against the Wallabies.
The Blues could do with the injured trio to be in action as they take a break from RaboDirect PRO12 action this weekend to take on Montpellier in the Heineken Cup.
However Baber, while quick to praise Halfpenny, is not hopeful of being able to call on the trio.
"We are not expecting any of them to be involved this week," Blues backs coach Baber told Wales Online.
"Even until the dying moments in that game, Leigh was doing exactly what he always does and unfortunately he's taken a bang trying to get a win for Wales.
"This is a kid who some while back was told he might be too small to play, a bit like Shane Williams.
"But what he's done is he's proved a thorough professional.
"He makes sure that what he does, he does possibly the best in the world.
"And of those things is being as brave as you possibly can. You have got to take your hat off to him that he puts his body on the line every time he goes out there.
"Leigh is seeing a specialist this week. How long he will be out for I am not exactly sure."
