The wing picked up the RaboDirect PRO12 Man of the Match award on Sunday as his three scores helped the Blues ease past the Gunners 38-13 after five straight defeats in all competitions.
And there's speculation this performance could yet prove to be Cuthbert's last at Cardiff City Stadium with the 22-year-old linked with a move to French Top 14 sides Racing Metro or Toulon.
The Blues are understandably keen for the Wales international to stay with them in the RaboDirect PRO12 and have reportedly offered him a six-figure sum to stay.
The Blues have already lost Gethin Jenkins, John Yapp, Richie Rees and Rhys Thomas but Cuthbert is giving nothing away about his imminent decision.
"Hopefully I'll get it sorted this week I think," Cuthbert said.
"Obviously I've got a lot of things to think about with my family.
"It's been ongoing, I know. Hopefully we can get it sorted and look forward to the future then."
