Jenkins departed Wales this summer for pastures new in the south of France to link up with the big-spending Top 14 side.
However the move has not quite gone to plan for the 32-year-old so far with England international loosehead Andrew Sheridan starting the majority of matches for Toulon.
That lack of first-team rugby has had a knock-on effect to his international career with Wales boss Warren Gatland leaving the prop out of his starting XV to face New Zealand this weekend.
However despite the growing speculation that Jenkins will cut his losses and return to the Principality Toulon's big-spending supremo Mourad Boudjellal has insisted otherwise.
"Jenkins is contracted to us until 2014 and he has to honour it," he said - seemingly ruling out any chance of a loan deal or a return to the RaboDirect PRO12.
