But, despite missing out on the RaboDirect PRO12 semi-finals, finishing seventh, Baber is optimistic for the future of the side from the capital, with the club also announcing this week that they would be returning to the Cardiff Arms Park from next season.
And Baber is confident that despite Robinson's slender size, he will only grow in stature and importance at the club.
"Harry is a smaller man, but he punches far above his weight," Blues coach Gareth Baber told WalesOnline.
"He is conscientious. He displays the values and characteristics, which I believe are important in a back line.
"But what he has as well is just raw speed and an ability to step very quickly. He scored one try and could have another one.
"There was a lot of good about what he did and I think that is very positive at the age of 19. We certainly held our end up and showed a lot of passion and desire for the Blues shirt and played some good quality rugby.
"But there were errors in our game as well and we were disappointed going away without anything from the game."
