Those heroics have been followed by reports linking Halfpenny - who kicked all of the Blues' points in their 33-12 RaboDirect PRO12 defeat at Ospreys over the weekend - with a move away from the capital.
But Holland insists the Blues star - under contract until next season - will not be heading for the exit any time soon.
"Leigh's still in contract, and he's in contract for another season," said Holland.
"So contrary to some of the threads that are going on, he's going nowhere."
