Head coach Paul Turner
"It has been a disjointed week due to the weather and we haven't been able to train as we want, but I hear that is exactly the same for Ulster.
"I always look for to going to Ravenhill, it is a great place to go.
"It's difficult to get a result over there but the atmosphere is always good and even I feel like joining in the signing when Ulster take to the field!
"I was really happy with the way the players adapted to the game last week. We had problems getting players to the ground in the build up, but we came out and fronted up. We out 'Munster-ed' Munster and won the arm wrestle up-front.
"We have had good record against Ulster but, let's be frank about it, they have really strengthened their squad over the summer.
"They want to be challenging in Europe and they have brought in some quality players and those players are playing really well for them.
"It is important for us to play well and pick up points away from home. We did that against the Ospreys and we need to do it again this weekend."
Captain Tom Willis
"That was a very good win over Munster, now the challenge is maintaining that form.
"Performing away has been hard for us - some players are more consistent at home rather than the pressure cooker atmosphere there is away.
"We got off to a rough start this season, so we need to put some continuity together, though the Munster win bumped us up the table a few places.
"Ulster have been rejuvenated by some new additions to their squad and we know how hard it is to win there normally, never mind when they are doing well.
"But we know what to do because we drew there last year and we won there the year before."
Wales wing Aled Brew
"The boys and the coaches were desperately disappointed with the game out in Dublin so it was good to put it right against Munster.
"It is going to be a big challenge over there and we need again for our forwards to win the battle and for our half-backs to put us in the right places.
"Last weekend was really good for morale but going to Ulster and getting a win would really help kick start our season."
