Munster's 13-6 away win over the Scarlets took them 14 points clear of nearest rivals Leinster at the weekend and meant they cannot be caught. Now the battle is on to see who will join them in the final four.
Leinster's fine home win over Ulster pushed them into second place with 61 points and gave them a vital edge over both Ulster (2 points) and defending champions the Ospreys (3 points) in the race for the all important runners-up spot that guarantees a home semi-final.
But they are far from home and hosed with Cardiff Blues also in with a shout of finishing on 71 points if they can take maximum points from their final three games. Their win in Connacht on Friday night allowed them to close the gap on the Ospreys and Ulster.
They have two Welsh derbies to contend with away from home before the season ends - Dragons and Scarlets - and also have a home clash with Benetton Treviso.
There are still six teams below Munster with a mathematical chance of claiming one of the three remaining Play-Off places and, once again, it looks set to go to the wire before we know who will be playing who for the right to meet in the Magners League Grand Final on Saturday, 28 May.
