Munster have confirmed that Sam Tuitupou will leave the province at the end of the current season.
The former All Black centre joined the Magners League pace-setters from Worcester Warriors at the start of the current campaign.
He has been an integral member of the Munster midfield and has appeared in 13 league encounters to date.
"We here at Munster thank Sammy for his efforts this season," said Munster head coach Tony McGahan.
"He has been a popular member of the squad and has certainly added to our backline unit.
"His dynamic work at the contact area has been a strong focal point for us in both attack and defence. We wish him the best in both his rugby and personal life in the future."
Tuitupou will hope to leave Thomond Park on a winning note. Munster are currently run-away leaders in the Magners League and already have one foot in the play-offs.
They will be favourites to secure a home semi-final but face the Scarlets, Ospreys and Connacht before the end of the regular season.
The powerful centre is expected to return to the Aviva Premiership.
