"It will be an emotional occasions for the boys leaving the club," Cuister told the Daily Record.
"We want a performance fit to honour them and to thank the fans after what has been a difficult season.
Cusiter made his return to action in Northern Italy last weekend and even though the result did not go their way, the half-back was happy to be back on the field.
"It felt great to be on the pitch again after so long away from rugby," he added.
"I still have some way to go in terms of match fitness but it was a good solid start.
"It's an honour for me to be back playing for Glasgow and my focus is on helping get results for them
"Three matches for me before the end of the season is not ideal but that is where I am at the moment."
