"The aim now is to drive this team on and create something very special for the future," he said.
"We now have an opportunity to go to Thomond Park and attempt to go after the double.
"An Irish side hasn't achieved it before so it will be something very special if we could do it.
"It's a big match for us and we want to make up for what happened there four or five weeks ago.
"We are very much looking forward to that. It's going to be a very hard tussle down there as always, but it is always nice travelling having been crowned European champions the week before."
