The Kiwi-born second-row is eligible for Wales on residency grounds and has been tipped for a World Cup spot
Tito, who represented New Zealand at under-21 level and also played for the Maoris, has always played down the possibility.
But with Wales short on second-row options, he could answer an SOS from Warren Gatland and play for Wales in his homeland at the World Cup.
Tito is believed to be on a 50-man shortlist of potential candidates to head out to New Zealand this autumn.
And the chances of the 32-year-old lock returning to New Zealand would be significantly improved by a good showing for the Baa-Baas on June 4.
It will be the second time the mobile second-row, who has made 21 Magners League appearances this season, has played for the famous invitation team. In 2009 he faced England and Australia wearing the black and white hoops.
Tito joins Cardiff teammate Martyn Williams and Scarlets prop Iestyn Thomas who will also represent the Magners League in the Baa-Baas squad.
