Any two teams from Ulster, Blues, Ospreys and Scarlets could be celebrating a top-four spot, while second-placed Leinster still aren't guaranteed a home semi-final.
All six of this evening's games kick off at the same time, and four of those matches could have a direct bearing on who plays who in the knockout stages.
Four of tonight's mouth-watering match ups are live on television, with TG4 covering Leinster versus Glasgow Warriors, RTE showing Munster versus Connacht, S4C and BBC Northern Ireland broadcasting from Dragons against Ulster and BBC Wales coming live from Scarlets versus Blues.
You can also follow all six of the fixtures via the matchday live section of this website, just by clicking here.
We'll also be providing live feeds to the Magners League Grand Final facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/#!/MagnersLeague (click here to go direct to our facebook page) and on Twitter where you can access the updates by using #MLPlayOffs.
However you decide to watch this evening's drama unfold, stay calm, stay positive and cross all your fingers and toes!
Good luck.
