Towers explained:
"Aaron suffered an ankle injury in training two weeks ago, with some ligament damage occurring. We've currently got him in a boot in order to protect the ankle and allow the injury to heal and settle.
"We're working on the principle that he'll be available again around the six week mark and that although he will miss the first game against Leinster, he will possibly be available for either the Edinburgh or Treviso games in the following two weeks."
