While Munster have been charging ahead since the beginning of October, it was Connacht who set the early pace with a 40-point hammering of the Dragons on the opening day of the campaign.
Fellow Irish sides Leinster and Ulster have also been regularly spotted in the Play-Off places, as have Welsh trio the Scarlets, Blues and Ospreys.
Edinburgh and Benetton Treviso are the other two teams to have occupied a top-four spot, with Aironi, the Dragons and last season's beaten semi-finalists Glasgow Warriors the only sides not have featured this time around.
There are currently just six points separating second from sixth in the standings, with the fifth-placed Blues and sixth-placed Ulster holding a game in hand on the four sides above them.
And while it's Munster, the Ospreys, Leinster and the Scarlets who are currently in the semi-final spaces, if the season so far is any indication of what's to come, we could be in for plenty more changes to that list before the end of the season.
