The Lions are lacking many of the Azzurri, who are engaged in the Six Nations, and will face the Warriors with the dual goal of achieving the first success away from Italy and to be the best Italian team in the Magners League table, with five rounds until the end of the tournament.
The team will see Brendan Williams at full back , with Michele Sepe and Ben De Jager, who takes over from Joe Maddock on the wing. Ludovico Nitoglia who in the past has played at fullback, on the wing and lately as scrum half to cover the absence of Tobias Botes, Fabio Semenzato and Edoardo Gori, has yet another new role - partnering Andrea Pratichetti in the centre, while at half back Willem De Waal will be joined by the fit again Tobie Botes.
In the back row, the only change is the swap of Gonzalo Padrò and Manoa Vosawai. In the front row, Michele Rizzo will play in place of Ignacio Fernandez Rouyet. Matteo Muccignat will sit on the bench and Pedro Di Santo, will take the place of Lorenzo Cittadini.
Enrico Ceccato, Enrico Pavanello, Simon Picone and Andrea Marcato will also sit on the bench.
