It was hard to tell that Ospreys were unable to call on as many as 18 members of their squad because of international commitments to both the Wales and Wales Sevens teams.
And Holley was quick to highlight that but is expecting nothing less than another top performance when they return to RaboDirect PRO12 action at home to reigning champions Munster next weekend.
"We got the messages right, we executed the game plan and we showed a lot of courage to come through with the win and we were clearly deserved winners in the end," said Holley.
"We have got a lot of big names in their own right playing out there and they are making names for themselves which is great.
"These are the guys that got us to the top initially and they are the ones that have got us back up there now. I am very proud of them and it is very important to pick up away wins.
"We haven't picked up any bonus points but if you keep winning you don't need to so we will take a lot out of this performance.
"We will take a huge resolve and character because we have got a full on Munster team at our house next and we have to make sure we front up again."
