The Heineken Cup champions, who overcame the Dragons 31-10 to get themselves off the mark, will be looking to extend their 28-game unbeaten home record.
The Warriors, who have lost against Ulster and Munster so far this season, will be looking to end a 13-game losing streak on Leinster soil in all competitions.
But while all the stats point to a home victory, Willis is adamant there's no complacency in the Leinster ranks.
Willis said: "The Warriors are going to be disappointed and they'll be wounded because they haven't had the start they would have wanted.
"They're a massively physical side, they fly off the line and absolutely flatten you and have made a few good signings and have good footballers as well.
"Troy Nathan who I played with at Connacht is in there so they have a bit of variety in their play but I have no doubt they'll be coming at us all guns blazing.
"You can't take anything for granted, Glasgow are certainly a very formidable side and you need to be on your game to compete against them."
Leinster opened their campaign with a heavy 27-3 defeat away to Ospreys but despite getting back to winning ways against the Dragons, Willis is adamant they are far from happy with their early-season form.
He added: "The mood is definitely better than last week, last week was a tough week, obviously given the performance against the Ospreys, so we battled on through and took it on the chin.
"It was an improvement against Dragons but it wasn't a great performance. At times we probably let ourselves down but hopefully we can kick on from that.
"I thought there was a fair tempo to the first half and it was very physical as well both teams were really blowing.
"They just slipped off their concentration for a few minutes and we were lucky enough to take our chances, but I suppose there were a few chances we let go and they probably let a few go as well so they'll be disappointed."
