Kristopher Burton is at fly-half, having scored all 18 points for Benetton Treviso at Cardiff City Stadium last week - including two superb drop goals.
The big changes are in the pack. In the front row, Diego Vidal starts at hooker with Pedro Di Santo playing as tight-head prop, while Enrico Ceccato is starting from the bench.
Benjamin Vermaak and Captain Antonio Pavanello are the locks.
There are also changes in the back row, where Marco Filippucci is playing at No. 8, and Gonzalo Padrò and Francesco Minto are playing as flankers.
Winger Michele Sepe is starting from the bench.
Benetton Treviso is attempting to record their first win of the season on Saturday afternoon, after two defeats in a row against Connacht and Cardiff Blues.
The Ospreys, second placed in the league after winning in the final minute against Edinburgh, are not an easy opponent to play even with the numerous players committed with both the Welsh and the Italian National teams.
The Ospreys will return to Treviso in November for the second game of the Heineken Cup.
Referee for tomorrow's match will be Neil Hennessy (WRU).
