The Welsh International impressed with a hat-trick at the Bridge Field last weekend and will now face the French heavyweights at the Stade Ernest-Wallon on Saturday, but that does not faze the 28-year-old.
"It's good preparation isn't it? From Bedwas to Toulouse," said Brew.
"I'm not fazed by it. I'm looking forward to it. It's going to be a big challenge personally because it's a big step up from the Bedwas game.
"It was important that I did get a few games under my belt prior to playing at the higher level because I wouldn't have wanted to jump into it cold.
"It's been very frustrating. I came back to the region and Will Harries was injured at the time, but I had that injury and it has given Adam Hughes his chance and he has taken it."
