Connacht led 18 8 at half-time courtesy of tries from Gavin Duffy and flying winger Brian Tuohy and went on to score another three tries through the hands of Fionn Carr, Tuohy and a well deserved penalty try from a dominant scrum.
Tuohy, after scoring a brace of tries in that match, will miss the return fixture this weekend with a broken leg.
The 27 year old former Ireland Sevens star believes Connacht can produce a similar display this weekend.
"I've no doubt the lads can turnover Glasgow this Saturday," he said. "They know what they're about, they know they can beat them at home in front of a home crowd and after the victory over Harlequins three weeks ago the team know they have what it takes to take on a high-flying team that are going well and get a result.
"The fact that Glasgow are third in the League won't phase them too much either and I know everyone's looking forward to getting back to winning ways after last weekend's loss to Cardiff, especially in front of the home crowd in the Sportsground.
"The noise they produced in the last Heineken Cup game here was unbelievable and it really does make a difference on the pitch."
