Props Fergus Thomson and Jon Welsh, as well as flanker Calum Forrester, are all out with long-term injuries but, with the Warriors internationals due to return from the World Cup, Lineen is not overly concerned.
And after two wins on the spin against the Dragons and the Blues, Lineen is satisfied with how his front row in particular have been performing with Ryan Grant and Michael Cusack particularly impressive.
"It is vital you don't rush these things and make sure that the player is 100 per cent," said Lineen.
"We are now in a position of strength in the front row. There is no need to put any pressure on Fergus, who is looking at the end of November which was roughly the expectation after his shoulder surgery.
"We want him back at full pelt. In that respect it is much the same with Jon. Being in the front row and suffering an ankle-ligament injury is not ideal given the stress put on the joint at the scrum. So again we err on the side of caution but Jon is making solid progress.
"As for Calum, I am hopeful he will be back before November is out. It has been a frustrating time for Fozzy but he has knuckled down in his rehab and he is getting there."
