David Denton and Stuart McInally, both 21, and Steven Turnbull, 24, have signed contract extensions through to 2014.
And that Bradley believes Edinburgh will reap the rewards now the trio's long-term futures have been secured.
"It's very important for Edinburgh to give an opportunity to players of this quality to play without fear of being without a contract," he said.
"It allows them to develop and gives them ownership of the next couple of years, and it should also challenge them by saying 'we have faith in you, now you have to perform well for Edinburgh'.
"We do want to start winning things and these guys are very enthusiastic about the potential that we have, and now we have to convert that.
"The benefit for younger players of not having to worry about the next contract is that they can concentrate on improving from being good players to becoming excellent players.
"Strengthening the squad is a continuous process. We will have more contract extensions soon, I'm sure."
Denton has already caught Andy Robinson's eye and made his Scotland debut in the August World Cup warm-up against Ireland.
The flanker consolidated that glowing reputation with an all-action display in Edinburgh's 29-14 defeat of Munster which earned him the RaboDirect PRO12 man-of-the-match award.
No.8 McInally also featured in that match while second-row Turnbull is delivering on potential after a succession of injuries.
