Griffiths banned for three weeks

Cardiff Blues second-row Bryn Griffiths has been banned for three weeks after being found guilty of stamping on Harlequins' Karl Dickson in the side's LV= Cup match the start of February.
The 28-year-old who played in the Blues 26 v 15 victory over Glasgow Warriors in the Magners League last weekend, appeared before a joint RFU / WRU panel of Rick Charles (chair), Mike Curling and Geraint Edwards (WRU) and was suspended until March 8, meaning he is free to play on March 9.
