"As a team we are ultimately disappointed," he said.
"The guys played really well, but we made mistakes that cost us so we will be fully focused on making sure these same errors do not happen against Wales.
"W gave away too many simple turnovers and that has left us frustrated. The French are probably the best counter attacking team in the world and you just can not do that against a team like them.
"For a team to score three tries in France is pretty exceptional and we want to get a few more against Wales. They were unlucky against England and they will be upset too at being beaten, so will come out at Murrayfield with all guns blazing."
