Warriors head coach Hugh Campbell said: "Paul has been a great servant to Glasgow rugby. We wish him all the very best with his new club and hope his career continues to move forward."
Dearlove said: "I've really enjoyed my time playing with Glasgow and living in Scotland, especially the time I spent with the national squad, but when this chance arose I thought you've got to take these opportunities while you can and I'm looking forward to a new challenge."
Campbell added: "We're not looking for a replacement for Paul at the moment as we feel we've got good cover in the back row, even taking into account our injury problems. We of course have a number of good young players coming through like John Barclay and Steve Swindall plus players like Donnie Macfadyen, Andrew Wilson and John Beattie are all well on the road to recovery and should be back playing in the very near future. Plus, we have guys like James Eddie and Scott Forrest who also offer us good back row options."
