Despite losing in their last four trips to Cardiff, Edinburgh Rugby were the last team to win away at the old ground when the club brought the curtain down on their tenure in 2009.
An 11,000-strong Cardiff faithful were out in force that night and Bradley is expecting a rousing reception when the teams return tomorrow.
He said: "This match presents a big challenge for us as Cardiff will be making a big play of being back at the Arms Park.
"The players and fans will be very excited, and possibly a bit anxious, to get a home win at the old ground."
The sides go into the contest with contrasting fortunes with the hosts coming off the back of an away win over Connacht at the Sportsground (13-9) while Edinburgh, despite a trio of tries, suffered defeat at the hands of Munster at Murrayfield home (23-18).
However Bradley believes much can be taken from the opportunities converted on the night, which saw Tim Visser become the first player in RaboDirect PRO12 history to register a third hat-trick in the competition.
Bradley added: "There were a lot of positives to be taken from our match against Munster.
"I was happy with the strength of our set piece, the tenacity of our defensive breakdown, the established performances of some of our new players, and the scoring chances we created.
"I think that if we can build on that performance, be a bit more patient and smarter in other areas, then I believe we can come away with a valuable away win, and put our season on the right track."
The four front-line changes see Scotland props Allan Jacobsen and Geoff Cross start the match in place of John Yapp and Willem Nel and Roddy Grant replace the rested Ross Rennie on the open-side flank.
Centre John Houston is the only change to backs and comes in for the injured Ben Atiga, who aggravated a hip strain in the Munster match.
Changes to the substitutes bench see Fiji captain Netani Talei return from a hamstring straing and Sep Visser take the place on the bench vacated by Houston.
This weekend's match against the Blues at Cardiff Arms Park will be broadcast live on BBC Wales and will be shown live by the club's partner G1 Group at the Murrayfield Hotel and on the big screen at The Three Sisters.
