At hooker, Andrew Kelly comes in to make his third start of the season in that position and in the back line, Matt Dey replaces Peter Jorgensen at inside centre in what will also be his third start for the Gunners this season.
On the clash with Llanelli, Blackadder said: "It's really exciting to see Alan making his first start. We've seen him come off the bench and make a huge impact so this week we are looking for that from the very start.
"This is our strongest available side and I have to say that there is no pressure on us this weekend. We're excited about the challenge and looking forward to getting out there and unleashing ourselves on Llanelli," he added.
