The Christmas inter-pro will see Ulster's Bryn Cunningham receive his 100th RaboDirect PRO12 cap, and Timoci Nagusa return from injury after missing Ulster's last two Heineken cup clashes with Scarlets. Ryan Caldwell, Simon Danielli, Cillian Willis and Carlo del Fava were all ruled out of the crucial match due to injury.
Matt Williams commented on the sell-out fixture: "We have prepared hard for this match, with so many players out with injury's we will really have to be on top of our game on Saturday. Leinster are a class act, and with the resent criticism they have had they will be out to prove their critics wrong. This game will be a battle right to the final whistle. We have prepared physically and mentally, so all we can do now is go out and play the best rugby we can and fight the blues all the all way."
Ulster Team: (15-9) Bryn Cunningham, Timoci Nagusa, Darren Cave, Paddy Wallace, Andrew Trimble, Ian Humphreys, Isaac Boss; (1-8) Justin Fitzpatrick, Rory Best, Brendon Botha, Ed O'Donoghue, Matt McCullough, Stephen Ferris David Pollock, Robbie Diack.
Replacements will be taken from: (16-22) Nigel Brady, Tom Court, Thomas Anderson, Kieron Dawson, Paul Marshall, Paul Steinmetz, Clinton Schifcofske.
