Having won seven of their last eight home games the Blues will be looking to level the scores having lost to the Scarlets at Stradey Park in March.
The last seven clashes between the two regions have all gone the way of the home side on the day. Blues supporters are reminded that in order to claim the ticket discount for the match they need to hand in their voucher to ticket office by lunch time on Friday.
Vouchers were handed out at the last home match on Regional Clubs Day, between the Blues and Munster, where thousands of supporters saw Tal Selley grab a last minute winner for the Blues. By using the voucher junior supporters can purchase tickets for the last Welsh derby clash of the season for as little as £2.50. Adult terrace tickets are available at £10 and stand tickets at only £14.
There are nine changes in the Blues team that started the game against Toulouse in France last weekend, one of which is positional, with Gareth Thomas shifting from Centre to Wing. Nick Robinson makes his first start since December, whilst Marc Stcherbina, practically an ever present for the last two seasons, returns to make his first start in a competitive league game this season and his first appearance at the Arms Park since the Blues beat Gloucester in pre-season.
Deiniol Jones is set to make his 98th appearance for Cardiff Blues, whilst the top two try scorers in the Magners League, Tom James and Regan King will come face to face.
