Brian O'Driscoll returns to the Leinster starting line-up and will make his 100th appearance for the province.
O'Driscoll will partner Felipe Contepomi at centre and in the only other change to the backline that defeated Munster 21-12 last weekend, Luke Fitzgerald moves to the right wing as Shane Horgan is ill.
In the pack, Trevor Hogan will line up in the second row in a pack that also shows two changes, with Stephen Keogh forming the back-row alongside Shane Jennings and Jamie Heaslip.
The replacements bench will be confirmed an hour before kick off.
Meanwhile, Bank of Ireland, proud sponsors of the Leinster Rugby team, have published a Supporters Guide in conjunction with the Official Leinster Supporters Club, for those who are travelling to Edinburgh this weekend which can be downloaded from www.leinsterrugby.ie
Speaking ahead of tomorrow night's clash in Edinburgh, Leinster and Ireland full-back GIRVAN DEMPSEY said that despite the province's recent good form in the Magners League, the squad remains focused on improvement ahead of a tough test in Murrayfield.
