And with several Ulster players missing on international duty Gajan has told his team they have nothing to lose against Mark Anscombe's high-flyers.
He said: "The last two games have raised morale, at Munster we played well in the first half and in Wales we were so close to winning the game. The morale is high, the staff and players haven't eased off, we are always trying to get better, now to be better we have to win.
"We know [ Ulster] have several players playing for the national team. They are dominating the championship. We have nothing to lose and will give our all on the pitch to earn a little more respect.
"We haven't got too many injured players coming back and there are a couple more after the game in Llanelli against the Scarlets, Every match there are one or two injuries but that's because the games are hard and we have a squad which needs experience."
