David Gannon has recovered from a hamstring injury to be included in the squad for the first time this season and John Lyne is also included in the forwards following some very impressive performances for Galwegians.
In the backs Mel Deane has also recovered from a hamstring injury to be included in the squad as Connacht aim to put some distance between themselves and Edinburgh in the Magners League table.
Connacht's next match against the Portugese national team has been rescheduled at the request of the IRFU and Rugby Portugal. The game has been moved from Wednesday 5th November to Sunday 9th November (kick off: 6pm).
