The Disciplinary Committee, chaired by Roger Morris, assisted by Geraint Edwards and Robert Williams (all Wales), having listened to the player's explanation of the three yellow cards, imposed no playing suspension but did caution and reprimand the player and warned him as to his future conduct.
In deciding not to impose a suspension, the Committee noted that two of the yellow cards had been given for technical offences following general warnings by the referee.
Robert Harley continues to be free to play.
