And Munro admits the discipline will have to improve ahead of a crucial Heineken Cup clash at home to reigning champions Leinster.
He said: "We showed huge commitment and there was a huge amount of work from the team.
"We are a bit disappointed about the two yellow cards. We battled away for eight minutes with 13 men.
"We ended up with a losing bonus point which we are pretty happy with given the way the game went. We won the second half 6-0, there was fantastic endeavour.
"There are mixed emotions, we have to look at the discipline of the team.
"It [the Leinster game] promises to be a belter. The bonus point against the Scarlets keeps us in the top four. Now we have a massive game against Leinster."
