Parks kicked ten of those points while also setting up Harry Robinson for his side's second try after Martyn Williams had burrowed over for their first as the Blues moved to seventh in the table, three points off the top four.
But after leading 17-3 at the break the 33-year-old former Scotland international was left frustrated at his side's inability to push on for a bonus point after the interval as the race for the play-off spots heats up.
"Obviously we got the win, but it was all a bit frustrating in the end," Parks told Wales Online.
"We felt really comfortable in the first half and wanted to run in some tries in the second, but we hardly created any chances at all.
"We just couldn't seem to get our hands on the ball, and when we did, we made too many basic errors. We tried to do too much.
"With so many tough games coming up, we know that we need to start putting in eighty-minute performances.
"And though we did some good things in the first half, overall we could have been much better."
