He returns to the fray as a substitute in tomorrow's vital Firhill clash with Aironi (kick-off 7.35pm), having excelled in the Glasgow front row since joining the club in 2006.
Low was an integral part of the team that reached the Magners League play-offs for the first time in 2010, and remains a key component of the drive to repeat that feat in this season's RaboDirect PRO12.
The front rower told www.glasgowwarriors.org: "I'm really pleased to have signed for another two years at Glasgow Warriors. I've had six great years here, and the club is in my blood now.
"I'm really excited about what the future holds - the strength in depth and quality of our squad is improving all the time, we're moving to a new stadium and our crowds are getting bigger.
"It's those sorts of things that really get a player's juices flowing, and made it a straightforward decision for me as to where I want to be going forward.
"It's been frustrating to be on the sidelines since January, but I've had excellent support from the Warriors medics and physios and it's great to come back into the fold at such an exciting stage in the campaign, with the RaboDirect PRO12 play-offs very much our target."
Sixteen players have now committed their long-term future to the club in recent months.
Head coach Sean Lineen shared his delight with www.glasgowwarriors.org, saying: "Moray signing a contract extension is a terrific way to continue our build-up to the Aironi match. He's an excellent scrummager who has worked hard to improve his game in the loose and has become an influential member of our squad.
"He's reacted well to the disappointment of not getting game time at the Rugby World Cup, and really thrown himself into the challenge of performing consistently for Glasgow and helping us win games.
"The fact that talented international players like Moray see the Warriors as a place where they can achieve their ambitions bodes very well for the future of the club."
Managing director Nathan Bombrys commented: "We've resigned a core group of talented young players who have come through our system in Glasgow. This season they are starting to demonstrate the 'whatever it takes' Glasgow Warriors culture and translate that into victories.
"We all appreciate that we have a real opportunity to achieve something special in Glasgow over the next few seasons, and we are pleased that Moray has committed to being a part of that. "
As well as excelling for the Warriors, Low has won 15 Scotland caps, most recently against Italy at Murrayfield last August in advance of his selection for the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
